We had a great time at this hotel. The best aspects of our stay were the comfortable beds, hot water in the bathroom, and the availability of a TV in our room where we could plug in a USB to listen to some music. Additionally, the staff here were really gracious and attentive, which made our experience even better. The hotel's location was ideal too, as it was quite close to the lake and in the mountains, creating a serene and tranquil environment.

Nice staff and great rooms. It is away from the dirty city centre.
Not much to do in the surrounds.

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel, the location was ideal.
The hotel management should check to see if the beds have fresh, clean sheets before the guests arrive.

Comfortable beds, hot water, helpful staff, TV with USB connectivity for music.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Good email communication and a willingness to accommodate to our needs. Welcoming and willing staff, quiet out of town location, reasonable views. Building is not new but has been given an adequate 'makeover' to keep it fresh.
50m dirt road approach. Grim and austere dining room with noisy TV lounge adjacent. Upper floor rooms affected by noise from pigeons which have established a thriving colony on the roof. Bedroom floor needed mopping more frequently.

Excellent hotel - booked half board and was excellent value for money. Very clean. Food both for dinner and breakfast was top quality. Superb views over Lake Gregory.
Lacks signage. Once we found it we had no problem. its about 2-3km from Nuwara Eliya

The comfort of the room and the friendly staff.
It was cold due to the location in the mountains. It would be great if the hotel could invest in some portable heating devices.

The proximity of the hotel to the business district was great, saving me time and money on transportation. The room amenities were satisfactory, and the toiletries were well-stocked. the hotel's staff was friendly and accommodating.
The poor quality of the breakfast was a major issue for me. The noise from other guests in nearby rooms disturbed my sleep, making it difficult to concentrate on my work.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right by the lake and just behind Gregory Lake. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and an electric kettle. I also enjoyed having a television and an AM/FM alarm clock in the room. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the space. The dining restaurant had a great menu and the food was delicious. The hotel also had Wi-Fi, which was convenient for staying connected.
I didn't have breakfast here, but based on my experience, I highly recommend this place. The comfort and quality of service really made my stay enjoyable.

The hotel was in a good location for exploring the area and had a nice atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the hot showers.
The hotel was quite run-down and in need of renovation. the rooms were small and cramped, and the food offerings were limited and uninspired.
